Delivery Time
- – We deliver Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00. No deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays.
- – Deliveries will take place within 1-3 working days. In unfavorable conditions, the parcel may take up to 5 working days from when your order has been placed and paid for. Extended lead times may apply. We reserve the right to change our lead times over high volume periods such as Riots, Covid Waves, Black Friday and Christmas week.
Absent Client on Delivery
- – In the event where you are unavailable to collect your Package on delivery, Your package will be returned and you will be charged an extra Delivery fee of $12 for your package to be delivered again
Delivery Cost and Rules
- – Our deliveries are generally free, in the event that your location is unreachable such as remote areas or regional areas , we might reach out to you and make collection arrangements or process a refund
- – Soundcube Fragrances reserves the right to limit quantities of any items sold within the Soundcube Fragrances Online Store.
- – We deliver internationally
- – For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce a form of identification. Any other person than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorised to accept the delivery on your behalf.
- – Should no-one be in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will keep the products and leave a notice at the delivery address to this effect. The delivery service will attempt to contact you in order to arrange for an alternate delivery time.
- – Please arrange that you or your authorised representative is available to accept your purchases at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available. On delivery, we may require you or your authorised representative to sign and print your or their name on a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt.
- – We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required. Our liability for failing to deliver the products timeously is limited to delivery being affected at a later agreed time at no additional charge.
